DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

To ensure you have a problem-free delivery, we recommend that you:

Please use a delivery address where someone can be present to collect the order. For example, the address of your workplace or a neighbor's house. If you want to change the delivery address later, please contact our customer service WITHIN THE DAY.

Track your shipment. In this way you will always be able to know at what point in the journey your package is, when it could ideally be delivered to you, and if there were any problems (for example if the courier had not found anyone upon delivery, or if the address was untraceable ). Make sure your name is clearly visible on the front door, to help the courier with delivery! If no one will be present at the delivery address when your package arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver the package 1 or 2 more times.

Your package number and link will be sent to your email address when shipping begins.


RETURNS

ITALIA ONLY: FREE RETURNS OVER €150 IN SPENDING .

EXTRA ITALY: RETURNS POSSIBLE IN 14 DAYS BUT AT THE CUSTOMER'S PAYMENT.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A FREE RETURN OVER €150.00:

      1. Check that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
      2. Please verify that you received the item no later than 14 days. (otherwise the refund of the item may be subject to reductions or even not be accepted).
      3. Completely fill out the form you find inside the package, writing if you want a refund or an exchange.
      4. Write an email to orders@152store.com with the return request.
      5. We will proceed to activate the BRT courier who will come directly to your home to collect the package. You will only have to close the package using the 152 store box or similar.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN UNDER €150 PURCHASE:

      1. Check that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
      2. Please verify that you received the item no later than 14 days. (otherwise the refund of the item may be subject to reductions or even not be accepted).
      3. Fill out the form you find inside the package.

IMPORTANT:

- the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the returned Products must be sent back within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received the products;

- If you are sending back a shoe, it must not have been used without any marks on the sole and must be sent back with the original box.
