ORDER DELIVERY
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend that you:
Use a delivery address where someone can be present to receive the order. For example, your workplace address or a neighbor's house. If you wish to change the delivery address later, please contact our customer service WITHIN THE DAY.
Monitor the shipment. This way you will always know where your package is, when it is ideally expected to be delivered, and if there are any problems (for example, if the courier did not find anyone upon delivery, or if the address was not found). This way you can contact the courier immediately.
Make sure your name is clearly visible on your front door to help the courier with delivery! If no one is present at the delivery address when your package arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver the package 1 or 2 more times.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email with our tracking link which will take you to a dedicated page updated in real-time on the delivery of your package.
Your package number and the link will be sent to your email address when the shipment begins.
RETURNS
AUTOMATIC RETURN DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME
WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Verify that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- Verify that you received the item no more than 14 days ago. (otherwise, the refund for the item may be reduced or even not accepted).
- Go to the following returns page link
- Enter the 5-digit order number (e.g.: 39461) and email.
- Start the guided procedure for a size exchange, exchange with another item, or request a refund. The refund can be made to the original payment method or via a gift voucher to be reused. In the latter case, the return will be FREE, otherwise, it will cost €12 FOR EUROPE .
- The courier will come directly to your address or to a collection point.

IMPORTANT:
- returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- returned Products must be shipped back within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products;
-If you are returning a shoe, it must not have been used, show no signs of wear on the sole, and must be returned with its original box.
