ORDER DELIVERY

To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend that you:

Please use a delivery address where someone can be present to collect your order. For example, your workplace address or a neighbor's house. If you want to change your delivery address later, please contact our customer service WITHIN THE DAY.

Track your shipment. This way you can always know where your package is in its journey, when it could ideally be delivered to you, and if there were any problems (for example, if the courier didn't find anyone at the delivery, or if the address couldn't be found). This way you can contact the courier immediately.

Please ensure your name is clearly visible on your front door to help the courier deliver! If no one is at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel 1 or 2 more times.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive an email with our tracking link that will take you to a special page updated in real time on the delivery of your package.

Your parcel number and link will be sent to your email address when your shipment begins.


RETURNS

AUTOMATIC RETURN DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN:

      1. Please ensure that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged.
      2. Please make sure you have received the item within 14 days. (Otherwise the refund for the item may be subject to deductions or may not be accepted at all).
      3. Go to the following link of the returns page
      4. Enter 5-digit order number (e.g. 39461) and email.
      5. Start the wizard for any size change, exchange for another item or ask for a refund. The refund can be made on the original payment method or via a gift voucher to be reused. In the latter case the return will be FREE otherwise it will cost €6.
      6. the courier will come directly to your address or to a collection center.

- the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Returned Products must be sent back within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products;

- If you are returning a shoe it must be unused with no marks on the sole and must be returned with the original box.
