Upon delivery, remember to check the integrity of the goods and report any anomaly directly to the courier.

ORDER DELIVERY

To make sure you have a hassle-free delivery, we recommend that you:

Use a delivery address where someone can be present to pick up the order. For example, your work address or a neighbor's house. If you want to change the delivery address later, please contact our customer service WITHIN THE DAY.

Track the shipment. In this way you will always be able to know at what stage of the journey your package is, when ideally it could be delivered to you, and if there were any problems (for example if the courier had not found anyone upon delivery, or if the address could not be found ). This way you can contact the courier right away.

Make sure your name is clearly visible on the front door, to assist the courier with delivery! If no one will be at the delivery address when your package arrives, the courier will attempt to deliver the package 1 or 2 more times.

You will receive an email with our traceability link which will take you to a special page updated in real time on the delivery of your package.

Your package number and link will be sent to your email address when shipping begins.


RETURNS

ITALY ONLY: FREE RETURNS OVER €150 SHOPPING .

OUTSIDE ITALY: RETURNS POSSIBLE IN 14 DAYS BUT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A FREE RETURN OVER €150.00:

      1. Verify that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
      2. Check that you have received the item no later than 14 days. (otherwise the refund of the item may be subject to reductions or even not be accepted).
      3. Fill out the form that you find inside the package entirely, writing if you want a refund or an exchange.
      4. Write an email to orders@152store.com with the return request.
      5. We will proceed to activate the BRT courier who will come directly to your home to collect the package. You will only have to close the package using the 152 store box or similar.

WHAT TO DO TO MAKE A RETURN UNDER €150 PURCHASE:

      1. Verify that the returned Products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;
      2. Check that you have received the item no later than 14 days. (otherwise the refund of the item may be subject to reductions or even not be accepted).
      3. Fill out the form you find inside the package.

IMPORTANT:

- the returned Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- the returned Products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days starting from the date on which you received the products;

- If you are returning a shoe, it must not have been used without any marks on the sole and must be returned with the original box.
