Teddy Santis is the new creative director of New Balance "Made in USA"

It wasn't enough for New Balance to grow by more than 30% in the last year, placing fourth in the Stockx Current Culture Index, last April 5 it announced the appointment of Teddy Santis as creative director of the "Made in USA" of the well-known brand of american sneakers.
What does this mean? That New Balance knows its stuff and intends to leave a mark in the worldwide sneaker sector.
But let's first understand what the "Made in USA" sector of the New Balance brand means: The "Made in USA" line is the most exclusive line of the American brand, based on very exclusive models such as New Balance 992 , 993 and the latest 990v5 , and soon the 990v6. The line is produced entirely in the United States, in five factories divided between Maine and Massachusetts.
"I was drawn to New Balance by the way they built their business on values like integrity and authenticity, instead of hype," Teddy says on his Instagram . “I see a huge opportunity to tell authentic stories with real people as protagonists, creating global campaigns that connect our core values with the world.”
Teddy Santis is already widely known for being the founder of Aimè Leon Dore, a brand founded in 2014 with the need to create a new style in street-wear . Teddy Santis' need lies in telling his New York, the style that was born in the 90s within the big apple mixed with futuristic tailoring.
This is why Teddy Santis will push his vision of streetwear towards a new era, which recalls the importance of contents, volumes and materials.
In a recent interview he said:
"The time will come when the streetwear market will be saturated with €1000 sneakers and it will come soon"
